Joseph D. Kaltsas, PE, CDP,
LEED AP, is a Senior Vice President for Kimley-Horn. He received his Bachelors
of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Montana State University and has 18
years of experience in the engineering and development industry, from
commercial development, municipal, residential and healthcare projects. Joe
spent the first years of his career managing commercial projects across the
country, personally completing site planning, due diligence, civil engineering
design, and project permitting for more than 150 projects in 13 states. In
recent years, he has applied this experience as facilitating the company's
growth nationally and especially in California. Joe personally leads major
project entitlement efforts for strategic clients and facilitates the firm’s
relationships with major national and local clients. He also partners with
senior project managers to expand and strengthen client relationships across
all project types.
Joe is a Registered
Professional Engineer in California, as well as the Canadian provinces of
British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario. Joe is also one of a small group of
professionals worldwide to hold the prestigious title of Certified Development,
Design, and Construction Professional (CDP) from the International Council of
Shopping Centers (ICSC).
