Chris Herman joined Trademark in July 2013 and brings over 12 years of experience throughout the United States in Engineering, Land Development and Construction. Chris leads the Construction division for Trademark, overseeing the ground up, renovations and 3rd party consultants for all of Trademark Properties assets.
Prior to joining Trademark, Chris has played an integral role in development, management, tenant services and construction of retail properties for Vornado Realty Trust in New York, Miromar Development in Ft. Myers, Florida and Bourn Partners, Tucson Arizona. Chris holds his General Contracting License in the State of Arizona and is a Certified Development, Design and Construction Professional (CDP) along with being a member of the Green Building Council of America (GBCA), American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) and International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC). He is a Graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, PA with his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
