Allen Blower, CDP


Allen Blower, CDP is a Vice President for Clark Construction Company. During his career in the construction industry he has been involved in many market sectors and is most notably known for his expertise in retail and mixed-use developments.

Through his varied experience in design, pre-construction planning, estimating, and retail construction, Allen has developed relationships with numerous developers including The Taubman Company, Redico, IKEA; design professionals including JPRA, Hobbs & Black, Rogvoy Architects, Neumann Smith and many others.

Allen has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University and more than 15 years of experience. Since joining Clark in 1998 as a Project Manager, he has completed several hundred million dollars in retail construction and in January of 2007 was named Director of Retail Operations. Allen is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), participating on the local, regional, and national levels.

Allen received his SCDP (Senior Certified Development Design & Construction Professional) designation from the International Council of Shopping Center (ICSC) in July 2009.
