David Ridley


David B. Ridley, Vice President, is a member of the Development & Engineering Group within Real Estate Investment Management. An employee since 2007, David is responsible for environmental and engineering acquisition due diligence, development oversight, capital project implementation, and providing operational/engineering support for existing real estate assets under management. David works across all asset types (office, industrial, residential, retail, alternative) throughout the U.S. Prior to joining the firm, he was Director of Construction for the World Trade Center Memorial Foundation, where he worked on the design and construction of the National September 11th Memorial and Museum at the World Trade Center site. He previously worked with the Lower Manhattan Development Corporation on the redevelopment of Lower Manhattan in the aftermath of the September 11th attacks. Prior to that, he worked for the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympics on site development, management and maintenance. David holds a B.S. in history and business from Loyola College in Maryland and an M.S. in construction administration from Columbia University. He is a USGBC-LEED Accredited Professional, and is an ICSC Certified Design, Development & Construction Professional (CDP).
